Who likes log crossings?
|
I do, I do!
|
Ah yes, now i remember: I DON'T!
|
|
That's one heck of a log. And the landing is in sand. Nice. That'd be a
bottle neck at most races!
|
That is a nice log. I would bet that I would have my steering damper
set pretty stiff. All that takes is a little trials technique.

Me too!
Sadly, I can't access the linked video from work, so I'll have to wait
until I get home to see what inspired this thread.

Do you want my "Will Work For Food" sign?

I think my son would like that one...

ME LIKEY!
I think the XRL would only have real trouble on that biggest one.
I've been thinking of putting in a Logstacle(TM) course in the yard.
|
I did and it's total fun. An old willow tree fell and the biggest bit
I saved is a good 3.5 foot diameter. The trails bike it's easy.
The WR250, it's hard but doable. The XR600, same maybe
slightly easier as the suspension is softer.
I tried on an XR100 and forget what happened. I must have
hit really hard on my head.
Go fast. Take chances.

I thought it was a Jab Zap, but I thought I described it pretty well.
|
Maybe that's the PC version but I've seen it written jap zap often.
Yes, you could teach the course.
Go fast. Take chances.

One big mistake a lot of those guys are making is keeping their feet on
the pegs.
Logs that big, you have to stand on the log a little before the middle
of the crossing.
