California helmet law removal petition

California residents can go to this link and sign the petition to
remove the CA helmet law.

I removed my CA helmet law problem by relocating
to ID. =8^)
shows all the info for each state WRT helmet laws.

wish we could get our governor (Blanco) to cut the helmet
law.
but
she put it back on the books when she came to office here in
Louisiana.
her reasoning was that our former governor used his office
to remove the law
so she was going to do the same to put it back, just because
she could.
this is the same (Blanco) that got blindsided by the
hurricane.
