Just road tested a ZX10R.

It was very nice.
Lovely for you.

Went to Silverstone last week-end.
A few Zx10 in superbike and superstocks.
Getting overtaken mostly.
By fireblades and R1s and Gixxers.
There's a lot better stuff to be bought - leave clit bikes to power rangers.
Really? I know of one that does quite well in the MRO Powerbikes class.
Indeed, they are quite useful tools. IMO, Kawasaki sportsbikes have always
had superb handling and almost a match for anything on the track.
Why does he call them "clit bikes"?
Because every cnut got them.
And most men struggle to handle them properly.
If I had one I'd never be able to find it.
Speak for yourself, they're the only things I can ever find without a
map or when I'm blindfolded
Finding them's easy - it's knowing how hard to bite them that's the
tricky bit.
You're single, aren't you?
Surely it'd be in the garage?
presumably not if you buy one from a Somalian dealership.

However what he fails to grasp is that people who can actually ride them
might like the dynamics of the bike. To be honest, I don't really care if
PR's etc have them. If I like it I get it. Get it?
Because he's never touched one?
That's right - because choosing your road bike based on what is
competitive on the race track makes perfect sense.
It's why I chose the Daytona instead of the Gixer, because it's not a
race bike for the road.
Well sure. But it's more complicated than that. If I was going to
race a 1000cc bike, I'd definitely chooose a gixxer - they're a better
base platform to go racing with. But on the road, the ZX10R is more
fun, for me.

You knob.
Steady on, old boy.
I just call them the way I see them.
*nice*? NICE?!?!

I have never heard anyone else describe a 10R as "nice".
I've not had a go on one yet.
Just ask, dear boy, just ask.
As I might just get a night off next week, CIHAGM?
Of course!
OK then, VERY NICE with excellent handling and a nice powerful engine.
Awesome brakes also.

It was green.
I've seen a nice black '05 ZX-10R that I plan to test ride next week...
Buy it now.

Should be fun.
Yeah, should be nice.
Do keep up.
*Nice* try.
Fashionable too

Haven't bikes moved on a bit? My Gixxer felt really heavy and big but its
engine is still one of the best IMO.
Is yours a K1? When I rode AndyB's 10R earlier this year I couldn't
honestly say it felt that much different to my K3; sure, slightly
different power delivery and shorter geomotry giving a lighter front
end, but it didn't seem to be a great advance.
How were the brakes?
A pain in the neck, neccesitating barrier cream.

Cheers Monz, perhaps I should try one.
'Eee it were all trees when I was a lass!
Nice picture.
