Got a good view of France from Swindon, have you?
For what it's worth, there was just a 20 mile stretch of road where I
bothered to put my waterproofs on. And yesterday we had a *fantastic*
days riding, mostly on wet roads but where I demonstrated to a
reaonsable group that it *is* twice the fun at half the speed. And,
for our efforts, we were rewarded with a magnificent hoon on dry roads
at the end of the afternoon.
