Red Bull Air Race- places going... going...

OK, who's up for this? It's this Saturday.

I'm booked. 4 in t' car, but I reckon 2 of 'em will be heading off to look
at lions or summat.
Lots of stuff happening before the races begin at 2:00pm-ish, so I'm heading
down early doors.

Summary: "The competition features a dynamic new discipline of
flying, called 'air racing' where the objective is to navigate a
challenging obstacle course in the sky in the fastest possible
time. Pilots fly individually against the clock and have to
complete tight turns through a slalom course consisting of
specially designed 20m high pylons, known as 'air gates'.
The Air Race is not just about speed but also precision. The
slightest mistake can result in penalty points."
Admission is per vehicle rather than per person. I'm going in a
car with 4 seats, and I've had a cancellation, so there's a
place free. We'll be leaving from Watford mid-morning, and
returning in the evening, probably after a visit to Chateau
Monotreme.
