OT: E-mail..... Should I be worried
|
Whilst on line now I've twice had the AVG e-mail scanner notification pop
up, even with no e-mail program open and, I'd have thought, no reason to

Should I be worried - has someone tried to/actually managed to get into my
PC remotely?
Any (sensible) ideas?

scans from Trend etc convinced me that AVG's free product is rubbish.
I also salve my paranoia with a weekly check from another free product (it
won't work in real time but you can shcedule scans)
I no longer get warnings about non-existant threats and nothing has got
