Radiator Guards - recommendations?

Sunday I bought a (very low miles) '03 KTM 200exc.

I'll be putting radiator guards on it and want input.

I'm running Flatlander guards on the '02:

The Flatlanders work ok, but I'm not sure I get the side impact
protection I'd like.

Works Connection offers guards that JUST provide side impact
protection:

But the WC block airflow & if I'm doing that, I might as well have
front impact protection.

The Rooster Performance 1-piece guard looks interesting:

Anyone have experience with these?
Yep. Good design, but not the best. I think the Unabiker guards are the best
as far as protection goes. Not sure if they make them for the KTM, but check
on ThumperTalk. They carry them. I've been using them on my '04 WR450 and
have had numerous occasions to test them. The Works Connection braces are
junk, BTW.

Other makes I should consider?
I have Flatlander guards on an '06 YZ250F. It seems to me that the big
aluminum plate braced across the front, as well as the piece in the
back, will provide all the extra support you need if the bike lands on
the side.
Hey Joe,
Got some for an '02?

Check the CRD guards out. I think they are the best on the
market.
