Well done, Champ!

Results appear to have been posted while I was browsing the site,
so hot off the press, I think:

Champ, 22nd in the Senior Manx GP @109.77 mph. Lap times very similar to
the Junior. 82' 24.74" cf. the winner's 116.27 mph = 77' 52.85"
Cheers, Ivan.
No problems. I think I have to give best to you in the macho racer
bragging stakes now. :-/

Full diary of the fortnight is on the blog I set up, at
I'll read it when I'm a bit less "bleary-eyed"...

Feel a bit disorientated today - part hangover, partly the knowledge
that I can't do it again for 50 weeks
Get on my case to come over and help next year. I woz robbed of
my moment of MGP glory in the pits when Keith's bike blew up a couple of
miles from the pit-stop a few years ago. Next year might be busy for me
come August[1], but 2008 will be busier, I think...

[1] Assuming my contract is renewed at the end of this month.

84'15.87 for a replica IIRC, so there's his second.
It'll be threads about trophy cabinets soon, you mark my words.

Keith ended up 33rd at 106.9. 84' 40.46" -- that's a miss I think.

Well done, lads!
Champ posted in an IOM thread on ukgser a while back

I've just xposted the results

Well done , btw.
Seconded. Very impressive through Keppel Gate in the Junior and
Ballaspur in the Senior. I may have some very scratchy MPEG video on my
Ta. I don't feel particularly quick through Keppel, but Ballaspur is
one of my favourite bits of the course.

digital camera, and if it is actually possible to identify the machine
properly I will post a link.
That'd be nice. Of course, viewing it from the outside, it'll probably
look much slower :-/
