My bike is over 8 feet long!
Honda lists the wheelbase (center of one tire to another) as 64.5" -
and it is, but from the end of one tire to the end of the other, it's
85". And from stem to stern, it's a hair under 100" long!
It's only a 750 for cryin' out loud!
and what's yours? 6 cylinders... Upteenzillion HP... Mine is only a
couple of inches shorter and it's a 750... 2 measly cyls... seems silly
to me, but I guess folks like me want these big looking bikes even if
the bike isn't a big bike.

I'm not complaining about the ride or handling, but I had a co-worker
tell me Friday, "man, your bike is big!". My son used it as a workbench
laying out all his riding gear on it as he prepped to ride his bike and
said the same thing: "Dad, your bike is huge."
I was measuring the back of my Ford Ranger. I was thinking of rigging
the back of the truck with custom-shaped plywood (lock-in behind the
wheel wells and such), built-in wheel chock, and built-in tie downs,
but as it is, I'd have to keep the tailgate down *and* the rear fender
and lighting would extend past the tailgate a good 8-10", though the
rear wheel would fit fine on the tailgate itself.
I don't think I would trust a tailgate with the weight of the Bike on
it.
What if the Bike goes in diagonally, stil ltoo long?
Dude, it's time to look at a trailer. Much easier to load and unload, leaves
more room in your truck for camping stuff.
Yes, unfortunately.

My COCK is over 8" long, sometimes (otherwise it's just a pitzel). Let me
know if you want me to post a picture of it.
That was a metric ruler you were using and it read 8cm, not 8".......
Depends on your point of view.
Oh, THAT one's gonna leave a mark !!!!!!
A small one ......

Are you implying that like my bike, yours won't fit in the back of a
pickup truck?
It's alway's about you, isn't it?
It should fit easily in the back of my Ram 3500 Club Cab Long Bed Cummins :)

I doubt that you'll have a problem with the tailgate down
