Tying spokes together

On my TTR 230 (with about 40 miles) and also my grandsons TTR 125, the
spokes were loose and each bike had one spoke (both were next to the
rim lock) where the tightening nut came completely out.

In the old days we just used wire. Is there something new out today?
Does the plastic tie-wraps work?
The tie-wraps work fine. My '72 XL312 has at least 25 year old ones
on it.

See ya at Mid-O. Leaving in a couple hours.

Go fast. Take chances.

We've had great luck with these:
Thanks for the info, I'll check them out.
