FOAK: Gilera Coguar

The Brat(tm) has got his first proper job and now wants his first bike.
More specifically he wants a Gilera Coguar (and before anyone starts,
that's how Gilera decided to spell it...).
Well, Piaggio to be exact.

This bike is an excuse for a Gilera. The use of the hallowed name on
scotters was bad enough, but at least the Runner and DNA are
innovative.

If you want a japanese engined bike buy a bike made in Japan is what I
would say. With the possible exception of a Bimota.

I know the engine they use should be pretty bullet-proof, it's made by
Honda (same one as used in the 125 Rebel apparently), and they can get
through speedos quicker than tyres, but is there anything else to know
about the Coguar before buying one?
...beat some taste into him ? ;)
We did consider that, but unfortunately he's prolly taller than me now...
