..just how brilliant bikes are, and how quickly they accelerate, even
the lardy old barges.
Anyone got any plans for a ride out on Monday?

If there's a decent number turning up somewhere I'd be interested.

Mine needs a new back tyre and an MOT. Must sort that next week, I'm
gagging for a ride.

I got mine MOT'd this morning at the tyre place, then did 80 or so
miles. A touch nippy, but decent biking weather none the less.

Although I ride all year round I ride a lot less in the winter. In fact
in 2005 I rode very little. I shall try harder this year.

I was considering posting something about meeting at the usual venue
in Stratford on Avon but that depends on weather and bike
availability.

I could be up for that, weather permitting. Since I've got a new(ish)
bike I really ought to take it somewhere. I'm on call at the moment but
that ends at 7:30 am Monday.
