OT: Building Down

OK, who was it? Come on, own up.
not me, this time.
Having experienced "sofa bed up" I tend to agree. Not your style.
Not me. The only building in London I've been even remotely involved
in was part of UCH that they knocked down and rebuilt. I think it's
still standing so my knowledge of structural steel must be better than
I'd imagined.
Ah, but what about your 'friends'? Eh? Eh?
That's exactly where I used to park my bike when I worked at 55
Broadway. If there wasn't a parking restriction in place then several
bikes will be under all that rubble.

Earlier that afternoon we were evacuated from our HQ building due to a
gas leak in the area. We were sent home after 15 minutes or so - which
was nice.
"...the floors affected were undergoing renovation".

'ere, George - d'y'reckon this wall is load-bearing?
Blears? She's Nu-Lab's token biker chick, isn't she?
Not me guv, I've been working from home today.
