Well I've just had a days fun doing some painting.

Some of you may remember there was an RD250 eith "spannering required"
mentioned on here while back.

I ended up getting it and I spent most of today applying paint and
decals.

First time I have used a 'proper' paint setup (compressor etc., rather
than aerosol cans), and the first time I have attempted a tank too.

I'm rather pleased with the results:

Still quite some way to go though - still some missing parts (including
the oil pump, the seller kept quiet about that)
Looking smart, nice work that man.
Coo thanks for all the nice comments. I've still got a couple of
problems to sort out with the lacquer coat - mostly due to the fact
that the yellow seems to be a very effective insect magnet.
Looks nice dunnit.
