A question of taste.

Assume you have a ten-year-old GoldWing, with missing paint chips on
So there are no paint chips?

Is it across, or down?
With a Wing, it's always down.

the lhs pannier lid.
fill in the chips with nail varnish of a suitable colour.
Tried that: worse than before.
Pink is not a suitable colour.

A respray seems a little over the top.
I know a good painter....

Velly cheap, plenty bargain (he charged me =A3180 for the full respray
on the Morini - tank and 2x side panels in two colours with a painted
pinstripe. And it still looks good two years later. Apart from where
some f*****r dropped something on the tank at work and chipped it,
right on the top.

A new lid is approx £275. No, really.
Surely a respray would be the best solution, tho.
Nah, he should rat it. Couple of rattle cans of satin black Hammerite,
cammo netting and a bit of angle-grinder action: sorted.

Would it be beyond the bounds of reasonable taste to affix stickers of
places visited to the aforementioned lid?
Just stick some gaffer tape over it and claim it's a sports bike. It's
always worked for me.
Don't forget some georges cross flags at random places on the Wing and
helmets.
You have a Glodwing and you need to ask about reasonable taste?

By the way, I'm rubbish. I meant to ring you about free weekends and
