Sun Java

That's one old bike they've decided to use to consider it "faster".
?
Ahh, yanks, they do get it so wrong.

At the conference I was at in Sept, they were proud of how the conference
symbol was "harleyesque" and showed we were moving forward ..... tossers.
That screen with the perspex square laid into it is weird. Can't ever
remember anything like it.
It looks to me a bit like a heavily customised ZRX, the headlight and
front of the fairing seems mostly standard ZRX shape, as do the fluid
resevoirs.. The tank is sort of the right shape too.
I bet rubylang.org have got a gixxer thou
CB900 F2 possibly?
Could be, they used the same bikini fairing as the VT500, which is what
The VT fairing is more cut away, whereas the one in the pic curves back
under the bars like the CX one.
Why does this remind me of a trainspotters club?

that bike wears.
Actually, it *does* look like a Eurosport fairing.

Unfortunately the rear indicator is hidden, but that would be a
giveaway.
Not with that little hump by the filler cap

It makes me think of a CBX550 or a GSX550-ES from the mid 80s. It's
fairly old - the big handlebar mounted mirrors, the brake master
cylinder, the black chrome silencer all say 80s to me.
Right era. I recon it's a Honda VT500
Except the bike on the Sun site has black chrome exhausts. I don't
ever recall those on the VT500.
You may do, but it's actually a CX.
But all the piccies I see of a CX have a smaller looking fairing
This fairing is close, those fairings are far away.
The more common CX500s have a very small fairing and round headlight.
The -EC (Eurosport) has one just like the picture.
Anyway, as an addendum, one of my pictures has just been selected to
appear :-)

I wonder what product it will appear against :-)
"It started with a Sparc..."
"Sun announces new range of laptops with Sony batteries"
"With Sun's new 24-bit Truecolor graphics, you won't need your palettes any
more..."
Nice :-)
I think you're right too.
VT500 is my guess

Where's TOG when you need him?
