M109R

Saw my first 109 going to work today. Badass scooter, but the exhaust
looks a tad too swoopy (like the V-Rod's) for me. I guess soon enough
V&H will have pipes for it. That purple color is cool, and the back
tire looked huge. Couldn't hear the exhaust as the guy was stopped at a
light when I passed. Are there many of these out yet?
I saw the same dude stopped at a light on the way home from work
yesterday. This time I opened the window to hear him. Like most V twins
You did WHAT?!? Drop and give me fifty, Private. On second thought, don't
stop pushing until I'm tired. -Dave

with factory pipes it sounded like a tractor idling, but when he got on
it pulling away from the light it sounded throaty. I understand the DOT
limitations for mfrs, but why do factory pipes sound so lame when
aftermarket ones are available that sound much better? BTW I don't
equate "loud" with "sounds good" - I'm talking about the tone, not the
sheer volume
A coworker who bought one a few weeks ago. It's silver. He's happy
with it. Says it will really straighten your arms when you turn on
the wick. It's pretty quiet.

And yeah, that's one big-ass tire on the rear.

He's 6'8" and says that it's a decent fit.

David, it makes my V-Star 1100 look like a mini-bike
I was checking one out today when I picked up my bike. Seat-wise, no
problem. Nice and low. Power-wise? Up to the Lady. ;-)
Seat is low, but the reach to the handle bars is a stretch.

David, just my observation
nah,.. it's fine, or go for a Triumph Rocket III ...nice British bike.
