Good job it's winter.

Tore my biceps tendon off the shoulder tonight so I wouldn't be riding
for a bit anyway.
Owee. Heal quickly.
All that just to get out of a little snow shoveling?

Do what the doctor says as overuse can prevent proper healing, though I'm sure
you know.
Robert
Rest it for a week and then start Physio was the basics.

I'm going to get a couple more opinions though.
Youch...

Sorry to hear.
OUCH!

Not to add insult to injury, but I will be able to get my Dec. ride in
tomorrow. :-)
It's looking pretty promising here as well... :)

Sometimes you have to dig deep to find the positive side of accidents
like that. For instance I am thinking you have bought yourself a long
lasting excuse not to do all of those Honey Do's that go along with
moving into a new home. Specially this time of year.

I hope it's not too serious and can be healed up without carving it
up.
The honey dos were on hold until spring anyway.
I am really surprised how little this hurts.
They say it will just heal, just not where it was.
I know you get bored easily but that's a bit over the top.

Not torn completely off, I hope? I thought I was in bad shape just
not being able to turn my head for the last week, due to a neck
muscle strain.
