(OT) Pork, cameras and jest venting

There has been one frustration with Rice. No complaints
about the quality, but lack of availability with accessory
choices for the type of bikes I tend to gravitate towards and
higher prices of what is available tends to fog the issue.

It is like owning a Petri SLR camera. They were great while
the company was still in business, but one was limited in
their choices in building a complete outfit.

I went with Yashica, which still was limited but 10 years ago
people were clearing their stuff and I could get good glass
for a reasonable price. I bought a screw adapter and now
could also buy good screw mount glass for a reasonable price.

Now of course things are digital, nothing fits my Contax
mount lenses and Contax doesn't have a decent body for a
decent price. Yashica is no longer.

The older I get, the more my belongings are become E-Bay
collectables. The other white meat might be my next ride.
Ye'r gonna be a poodle-pounder ????
????? That went over my head, wat is that?
