mufflers ?

Im looking to buy a scooter ( less powerful engine ) as I have trouble
with vibrations from the engine affecting my joints.
You could roll them a bit tigher, or use a pipe! ;-)
What are you riding. Generally speaking you probably want more
cylinders or more weight to get less vibration. A goldwing will ride
pretty smooth.

Al Moore
DoD 734
And it will handle just like a Vespa.

Even a 125cc seems to do this so my question is , is there anything
out there like changing the oil or muffler that can help ?
Nope.

I dont really want to buy 50 cc as Im not sure it would change mu ch
any way.
Try alt.scooter
What kind of a motorcycle do you have now?
Get a Gold Wing. They're unbelievably smooth and free of vibration.
I was gonna say a Venture, but yeah, sure.
