I got Horsepower

and wet feet. Just got in from Memphis, ran the last 40
miles in the rain. Went to Bumpus HD, thanks to Snag's
heads up and took advantage of a charity fundraiser and
got a 10 buck dyno run, HP only. The bagger pulled
what I thought was a respectable 73.61 HP. I'm running
a 88" (51,600 miles at the time of the dyno run) with a
Thunderheader, a Mik, and Andrews 21g cams. Plugged
the HP & RPM into a internet converter and came up with
torque #'s in the high 80's.

After the dyno run, the obligatory lies, and a pass through
the showroom, Snag led me out to Gus's chicken shack
for some primo yard bird.

Ya'll have one on me whil'st I get dried off and warmed up.
I guess that little spit of rain we rode thru was an indicator of things to
come . Didja make it to dinner with the wife ? I know how much you were
lookin' forward to it .
Went from sprinkles to flood in about 50 yards, then to a slow
steady rain. When I got home I called the wife, she was still in
Jonesboro. Told her to take her time, but to get me one of
them p'zones on the way home. The yard bird was good,
but it was wore off time I got home.
