Replacement engine parts - What to do?

Good morning all, coffee for me, but Hazel will set ya up with anything
ya like (other than her of course)

Recently upgraded my 2003 Road King with a 103 Screaming Eagle, soup to
nuts I guess, heads, carb, cams, etc.. (the one with the dented fender,
but thats another story), and I'm running out of room in my garage with
winter coming. Do the parts that came off have a "value" on the
market? Is it worth putting an ad or calling my local wrench to try
and re-coup some of my upgrade cost?

Thanks all in advance.
Depends on what you consider value. I picked up a complete set of jugs,
pistons, heads, etc. from a guy who did the 103" SE before the bike even
came home. I paid $200 for everything. I also paid $20 for a complete
set of pipes (head pipes and mufflers).
Thanks for the input - Gonna put em the web and see what I can get for
em - I'd be happy for enough to pick up some more trinkets at the
dealer - Thanks again, I left my credit card with Hazel, so fill up
again on me!
Zipper's will buy the heads if you want to sell them or at least they
would. Not sure if they'll pay a fair price though. There's a lot of take
off stuff on ebay and it's almost always cheap.
