NYPD Blue

Have I really just watched the last ever episode [1] of NPYD Blue?
I watched the penultimate one last night, with the last one waiting on my
TiVo.

An absolutely excellent television series - I shall miss it.
For goodness sake man, it's all available on DVD:
Thanks - still only 4 seasons worth on release. There have been 12 or is
it 13 seasons of shows?
Which reminds me - Kim Delaney is just about my idea of perfection
when it comes to looks.
Going for older women eh? Nice.
heh - year, I was jolly surprised when I looked her up on IMDB and
found she was born 3 years before me.
Still, I agree with you and she's old enough to be my Mum.
I see what you mean, she looks a bit mannish.
You think?

I'm currently partial to a bit of Katherine Jenkins, until I notice
someone else.
Is she that fat welsh tart?
Yeah. Lovely.
12 apparently, and only four available. Not good.

However, your starter for fifteen:

Treat yourself!
The best cop show - probably one of the best drama series - ever.
Never lost its way and despite establishing and following a succesful
formula, it always managed to pull something out of the hat to prevent
itself from falling into the trap of becoming 'formulaic'.
Agreed.

Interrogation scenes with an incandescent Sipowicz were always
something to behold. My DVD collection is building - slowly. It has
Particularly when he rolled up his sleeves, locked all the doors and
then started snarling and saying no one will spot the injuries. I think
I'd probably have wet myself if I'd been on the receiving end of that
sort of treatment.

And how nice for you not to be talking about the strength of leather
jeans or abrasion resistance of icelandic nylon jackets - despite what
Lozzo says ;-)
Oh, I could probably establish a tenuous link between the head and
torso protection necessary to enable a skel to laugh at Sipowicz's
threats, but that would be disrespectful. :-)

taken 'them' (whoever they might be) two years to release series 1 -
4, so let's hope they up the pace and release series 5 onwards at more
respectable intervals.
I don't own a DVD player !
15 quid in Tesco.
As Steve says - a cheap DVD player is likely to be less than one of
the seasons. But, again - spend some of that hard-earned money on
yourself!
Time you did then - move into the digital age.
Quite. I've been a fan for years. With any luck they'll repeat it from
the beginning, although I don't think I could sit through the Bobby
episode again.
