OT: Internal USB cables

I've got an internal device that needs to be connected to the USB header
on the motherboard.
Its cable has a 10-way (dual-in-line) connector.
The motherboard has 2 x 5-way connectors.
What's the easiest way to connect them?
I'm quite happy to replace the 10-way connector with a pair of 5-way
connectors (if I can find somewhere that sells them), but is there an
easier option?

quite often a DiL is made from inserting two SiL cables into a sleeve.
simply slip off the sleeve if this is the case

Dunno if this helps but the colours for USBs are Red/White/Green/Black. in

Well, yes, and I can see the colours from what goes in to the existing
10-way connector... but it doesn't really get me anywhere, does it?
