Keeping a sticking clutch unstuck

If I let my Yamaha TY350 sit for a while the clutch
tends to freeze. I can shake it loose up by riding
with the clutch lever pulled in... but is there
a way to keep it disengaged, for instance by storing
the bike with some kind of clamp that holds the lever
down so that the plates aren't pressed together?
Would this be bad for the clutch spring?

TIA, Sean_Q_
Try replacing the clutch plates and using a good quality
transmission oil.
AND - check the inner hub (not the basket) for wear. This seems to be
a common problem on YZ250Fs to some degree. Don't know if it's common
to Yamaha or what though. Take a look. The part isn't that expensive
(unless it says Hinson on it).
