How is it superior to say a Mentor Graphics suite of tools?

Still in development stages but trying to get it to a fully useable
state in the next several weeks. Should anyone be interested in playin
with it...let me know...be happy to hook you up.
Requirements:
Pentium 3 Minimum, Pentium 4 Reccomended.
DirectX9.0c Required with compatible video card.
Managed DirectX (installed with latest DirectX Update)
.Net Framework 2.0
64MB RAM or more..
