Got me scooter back

went to get it from the yard it was stored and it started first kick, after
a quick check over that there was no chassis / fork etc etc damage, it
appears to be mainly cosmetic [1] So rode it home :-)

I like that. Needs a lick of mat black paint it does.

[1] for relative levels of cosmetic given its ratlike state anyway.

And the damage was where?

I saw it pre-accident, and I'm wondering the same.

Cheeky oiks! Ill have you know that the legshields are caved in and then
theres a new ding in the mudguard and the sidepanel, honest :-)

Even Tallbloke wouldn't be seen on that!

Up until now I was the under the impression that you liked scooters.

These crashes you've had, I think it's your subconcious trying to tell
you something.

You claim that guy in the civic didn't see you.

He saw you clearly, it's just that he had an automatic response to take
out that monstrosity.

He was actually trying to do you a favour. The problem was that he was
so blinded by it's hideousness, that he didn't see you were riding it.

That is so distressed it should be in a gallery. Um, where's the damage?

That has got to be one of the shonkiest scooters I have ever seen. I'm
surprised you noticed any damage.
