One word: wow
What it has to a Bantam (Bantom??) I do not know. Same frame? There's
too much stuff bolted onto it to tell from the photos.

The frame is D3 bantam as are the forks which have been improved to fit a
front hub, which looks like it would take a slightly wider brake shoe then
10mm of the original.

Still, a bit of Autosol and a headlamp and you'll have 'er looking
tip-top and sailing through the MOT.
