MOT

Taking the bike in for MOT this morning. As this is my first visit to a
testing station for about 10 years I take it I still only need to take the
bike and a wad of cash. I was just wondering if I need to take any
documentation. I will be leaving home before they open so can't ring them to
Taking the V5 speeds things up a little, they can get the info quicker
Seconded, with the new computerised MOT.
I thought you had to have the V5?
Ah I had to have the V5 because the powder coating on the B12 frame obscured
the frame number slightly.
My MOT place asks for either - makes it easier to find the frame and engine
numbers. I don't think there's any legal requirement to present either
document, though.

find out.
Just the bike and cash will be enough.
Just the bike and the cash.
You could take the previous MOT if it has a week or so still to run
so they can post-date the certificate, and some paper towels to wipe
the fork oil off so they don't notice the seals are leaking. :-)

Cheers,
Bill
