OT: Wedding Videos

When you got married did you get a wedding video made? If you did, would
you be prepared to send me a copy, please?

Yes, I'm thinking of venturing into doing 'em, too, but I want to see
the sort of quality I have to beat. From what I've heard, it won't be
hard...
I didn't have one made, purely because

a) I hate seeing myself on video
b) quality of most seemed to be no better than a home movie.

I think you would certainly need more than one camera man and some
very good editing to produce something worthwhile. There are so many
things happening at once that I doubt a single camera man could get it
all.
web-search for Tommy Lee and Pamela...
Is the world ready for you in a suit, though?
Just watch "You've been framed" a time or two.
You dislike him *that_much*????

You're evil, man, pure evil!
He wants to do wedding vids. I have a duty to stop him. We ALL do, in fact.
Appearing on Uni Challenge is one thing, but "You've been framed"?
You and I really need to have a business chat Dave. I'll do the first
four weeks for free.
Hmm, why do I know what you're referring to...

Mail me anyway: veggie _ dave @ iq18films.com
We didn't have anyone to do photos or a video.

My brother in law did the video and our photo album was made up of the
best of the pics taken by all the guests on the day.
We've recently gone through the process of finding a photographer for
our wedding. We narrowed it down to two, and neither of them were
surprised we *didn't* want a video, apparently these have dropped right
off in popularity, and only around 1 in 10 weddings are now filmed.
Could be bollocks, or just related to the local area, but both said the
same.
Wouldn't surprise me as they all seem to be people who have no idea what
they're doing - and some of the so-called 'tech' info I read on a couple
Now that's one thing that's not a problem.
Yeah, you'll have no trouble on that front.

of the sites proves it beyond any doubt.
Look, I don't want to try to teach my granny to suck eggs, and your
creative vision is - of course - your own, but take this advice as well
meant.

You might want to use a different soundtrack to your usual kind of
thing.
No he want's to use his normal kind of thing. Have you hear what goes
on wedding videos?

My photographer did a dvd of my wedding photos and pu tsome music over
it without telling us. I can't watch it with the sound on.
