Getting my bike back this week!

Bike is all fixed and getting it back this week.

Total Bill: 702,15 EUR.

Here's a list of stuff done for those who are interested:

- Compression test

- Cylinder head removed / reinstalled

- Timing Chain guides replaced

- Timing Chain tensioner replaced

- Timing Chain replaced

- Valves adjusted

- Spark plugs checked

- Air filter checked

- Fuel Injection system checked & adjusted

- Oil change & filter change due to metal slivers from the worn timing
chain.

Total labor: 7 hours, 332.50 EUR

The rest got eaten up in all the various replacement parts. She's running
smoothly again now.

Had a little chat with the owner too while I was there, and her and I came
to the conclusion that I really need an R1. I mean for one, I ride the
bike hard enough to have managed to wear down the timing chain by roughly
21,000 km and also my tires are starting to look a little more like track
tires than street tires as far as wear goes.

The really funny part about it though is that I don't ever feel like I am
pushing myself or the bike to it's limits. I generally don't leave of
excessively push my comfort zone. I tend to err towards the side of safety
and caution more than anything...but apparently my bike disagrees haha!
