Paging Lozzo....

....or anyone else that can shine a light.

Just this morning as I'd taken my bike and wanted to take off, the bike
started to run very rough. It felt a bit like a couple of weeks ago when I
(nearly) ran out of fumes. It had been fine since.

Bike sounds rough and shudders more noticably than a normal V-twin. Bit like
a Harley on idle it is now, if it keep running at all. I have to keep it at
at least 1500 rpm to keep it going. I can't even outrun cars now.

Any ideas?
Check all the usual things first, but if its not an injected bike, sounds

Carb icing? Does it get better when it's warmed up?

What bike, anyway?
Carb icing would very much surprise me as it's about 20 degrees here. It's a
