Looking for some carb info

I'm hoping some of you may be able to help me out here. I have a 2004
CR250R that I am trying to buy new jets for. I have taken the carb
apart and the main jet, slow jet, and needle have all been replaced by
the previous owner. I am looking to go back to stock sizes. Well I went
to the dealer yesterday to pick up the stock size jets and what he
brought me looks nothing like the jets that are in the carb now. In
fact none of the jets he had in his case look anything like what I have
now. I have a Mikuni carb on the bike, and the manual says its a
TMX11C. According to Honda, it should be a 38mm. I have looked online
and can't find barely any information on the TMX11C, and everything I
do find seems to be in a foreign language. Is this actually the stock
carburetor or did the previous owner put something different on? I
can't seem to find jets that look the same anywhere, unless I am just
not seeing the right stuff in the carb that I take to be the main and
slow jets. Anyone have any info on this carb? Any suggestions? Thanks
in advance guys.
