Joe Rocket Textile Jacket, how do I clean it?

did a lot of riding last season with a new joe rocket textile jacket.
red, white and black. put the bike away for the winter, put the jacket
away for the winter.

got the jacket out now and discovered the remains of bugs and general
only, no dry clean, don't soak it, no bleach.

so with all the textile jackets out there, has anyone found an
effective (and easy) way to erase the grunge from them?
You're supposed to clean those things?
Bah. I toss it in the washing machine in the gentle cycle. Use Woolite
if you're scared but come on... the nylon is way more durable and
colorfast than anything else you put in there!

Make sure the armor if any is out.

any suggestions are appreciated, thank in advance.
(and no, my username does not have anything to do with how i ride)
