0-100 & 100-0 question

We were discussing at work today, and couldn't agree :-

Would it be quicker to accelerate from 0-100 mph
or
Would it be quicker to anchor up from 100 mph to total stop ?
100-0 is quicker - air resistance on your side.

Ninja owner said accelerate, ex-Blackbird owner said anchor up.
The Blackbird has it

The topic of discussion at the time was an R1, so whats the group opinion
based on performance of say an R1 or R6 ?
Depends....

Brick, breeze or reinforced concrete as a decellerant?
Dunno, but a top ten speed hill climb car would beat both of them on a
literally 0-100-0 test (and beat a Formula 1 car).
Your definitive (for this year) answer is in this month's TWO magazine...
Talking of definitive answers, are you going to be at the black horse
tomorrow then?
No. Don't land in scouseland til 6pm, so not a chance.

Women of Hulland Ward, you may weep now..... :)
