anyone actually going?
|
Nah. I can't actually see the point.
|
I'm rapidly coming round to that conclusion.
Anyway, Oggers, assuming I don't see you tomorrow, are you still on
for the Monopoly thing on the 9th?
|
9th of Feb? No, I'm in Barcelona, as I said last week. 23rd is currently
open, otherwise have fun without me.
|
Another classic bit of ukrm gathering-organisation hits the spot :)

|
Yeah, leaving Tower Gateway a bit after 12.30.
|
and, of course, about 20 minutes after me making the OP, my boss has
re-scheduled my monthly one-to-one to 2-3pm on Friday, so I'll be late
if there at all.
|
I booked a half day's leave weeks ago, so as to avoid work intrusion.
|
I'm on call this week, so booking leave is pointless. I was intending
to leave around 1:30, but if the meeting finishes close to on-time (or
before...yeah, right) then I'll still pop over.

Thinking of a Saturday visit. I was going to book online as it saved queuing
when I went to the NEC. However, tickets need to be collected from the box
office anyway so just a different queue!
Also the £3 saving is actually only £2 as there is a booking fee!
As an aside, can anyone confirm that there is no congestion charge for a
motorcycle in any part of London?
|
There is no congestion charge that applies to bikes. It also does not
operate at weekends / bank holidays / Christmas for those vehicles to
which it does apply.
Note it is being extended westwards from 19 Feb 2007.
