Islington update

"Your ref: EO02 MYK

Thank you for your letter, regarding the above Penalty Charge Notice
(PCN) which was received at this office.

The PCN was issued because the above vehicle was parked in a shared
use bay without a valid permit or pay & display ticket displayed.

I have noted your comments that the vehicle in question does not
belong to you. As I have previously advised your vehicle is a
motorcycle and not a van. Our records do confirm this and I have
removed your details from this case. You will be contacted again with
regards to this matter.

I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. It is also
rejectable that you have been placed in this position again, whereby
you have had to write in and advise the Council of this error.
Therefore it has been decided to grant you your request to receive the
sum of £25 compensation. This will be issued to you, by cheque,
within 28 days from the date of this letter."

Rejectable is a new one on me but it looks like a minor positive
result, again.
A few more like that and you'l be able to afford to have the ER5
repaired.
I'd rather push it to Islington and park in in a residents bay without
displaying a valid permit and leave it there forever.
.=2E.then go home and report it stolen?
Have you posted the complete story? I can't see it if you have.
Are you extracting the urine?
Oops, bad form, etc. Seen it now. *sigh*
I wonder what would happen if you now went and parked ilegally just to=20
mess with their heads.
