Help: Looking for small Machine Job in Vancouver BC

Hoping that someone can offer some advice on where I can find a machine shop
in Vancouver to take on a very small job.

I have a couple of metric bolts that I need to have turned down and threaded
to a smaller size so that I end up with a couple of studs with one size
thread one end and a smaller size thread on the other end.

Can anyone recommend a Machine shop in Vancouver BC that can do this?
Thanks for any advice.
You might want to check with a specialty fasteners place.
Step down studs are uncommon but not unheard of comercially.

What are you trying to couple that you'd really need these
stepped studs ? In most cases, I'd be strongly tempted to
just enlarge the smaller hole.
If the cover had a hole and the plate has a whole, why not just go with
a smaller yet bolt with a washer on each end until you decide what
you're going to do?
You may have better luck finding a vo-tech school with students who
need interesting projects. The minimum charge at a machine shop will
probably have you putting the air cleaner on ebay. Maybe you can find
a home hobby type by posting this in the rec.crafts.metalworking group.
