[HELP][Yamaha XV1000SE] What is this part's name ?

I have to change, on my good old '83 XV1000SE, a part inside the
carburetors.
It's marked in red on this design :
Unfortunately I do not know this part's name, so I cannot search it on
the net.

That is two parts on most carbs: a diaphragm and a slide.

Could somebody help me ?

Over here we call it a "Wassisname"

Diaphragm & slide assembly.
They're not cheap for BS-series Mikunis either.
You can get them rebuilt/repaired for about half of the new cost though form
