no, hence the 2nd chance offer, I have emailed the winner to see why he
didnt buy

Can you pull their details and phone them from a second chance offer? If you
can and they seem genuine take some large people with you and meet them at
their registered address, not a car park.
There was a father and son on the news recently who had all their wonga
pinched during a similar "purchase".

Are you 100% sure the message came from the original seller?
I had one of these second chance offers and it had nothing to do with
the original seller. Have they asked for name and address details? If
so you can bet they're going to start mentioning Western Union in a
minute.

Why have you got the 2nd chance when there appears to be a lot more of
the bidders above you?
