1050 Speed triple

Going to see one (1) on Saturday, anything special to look out for? I'm not
Brake light switch sticking on. Oil light not going off. Two minor faults my
pal has had with is, but nothing that's affected the way it rides.
Wonderfully.
Thats rather what I wanted to hear, not the bit about the oil light 'though.
Presumably it was a switch?
Yeah, not oil pressure, just the switch.

familiar with them.
The pink ones deter the *ruff* bikers from riding with you.

You might get some *nice* bikers coming up behind, though.
Yes indeed, I have a very fast GSX600F
The pink ones are faster due to the lightweight pigment used in the
paint
the 1050 wasn't available in pink...
An excellent decision on the part of Triumph I feel, although the
scorched yellow is a bit grim IMHO.
it's horrible, but IMO, last year's "baby blue" was much worse, and I
don't like the current lime green either. Or the white.
Not sure about the blue. My Sprint will be blue, but it's darker

Basically, the only colour for a Speed Triple is black, and the new
matt black is the nicest.
Very tempted.
I think the cans and the short seat make it look a bit odd, really. I
*very* nearly bought another 955 when I was shopping for the Sprint,
even though I new it was a really dumb idea.
i thought you had no money?
Everything's relative.

I saw one in the flesh yesterday, outside Halfords. Admittedly it was
in cream but none the less it's a good looking bike.
I'd agree. Oddly, the Sprint looks too slabby in black IMHO.
Under powered engines. Triumph seem to think that if you can't afford
a fairing then you don't deserve a full power engine.
