Will we see a Brit win in BSB this season ?

Kiyonari took a double win at the Silverstone BSB meeting. So after
six races there have been no British winners, and the top two in the
Championship are from abroad. So will we see a British winner this
year ? Not that it really matters as long as the racing is good, just
thought I'd raise it as a talking point.
Walker, Rea, Camier, Byrne, Haslam will all win a race this year. But
perhaps only one each.
Rea and Haslam almost certainly. Camier maybe. Not sure about Walker
and Byrne. The Suzuki seems a bit off the pace at the moment (as it
was last season). And Byrne seems to be making a lot of mistakes right
now.
I figure Byrne will pull one out of the bag. Perhaps a wet Knockhill or
a bit of madness at Oulton Park. The kind of thing that Plater, Smart,
Emmett, even Hayden have pulled out of the bag in past years. But then
he's just as likely to have some huge crash at Snetterton and be useless
for the rest of the year.

I'm taking heart with Walker that Suzuki will work out how to give him a
bike that steers the way he likes and that he can treat like an MX bike.
Watching him wrestle that thing at Silverstone makes me think there's no
shortage of effort and trying, but the bike won't let him ride it.
TBH I am sick of ITV's pro-Brit bias on their coverage. James
Cracknell needs to sort his manners to our foreign guests. BSB's rep
as the best domestic series is largely down to it welcoming overseas
riders down the years.
Well said.
As well as stretching just a bit...
Probably a little more accurate, if not somewhat indicative of a narrow
horizon and btw, the sour flower thing was a quote of an old English King,
which may show as much as things change, they remain the same, or not...
Liten up, just messin' wid 'ya. (slow day)
