GSX750F gearbox: numpty question

Dammit, my hands - and the garage floor - are covered in oil and I don't
have a workshop manual!
Ctrl-F, gsx750f

Any good?

Please can anyone tell me: if I remove the gearbox casing cover on a
GSX750F, is anything expensive likely to fall out which will need putting
back in at horrendous expense by the Suzuki dealers? As I try to ease it
If you mean the side cover, then the answer is no.
I actually meant the crankcase cover - I was *SO* annoyed last night!!

Thanks, and thanks also to Si for the link to the manual which I shall check
as soon as I get back home tonight.

off, it feels like something's still sliding against something else at the
sort of point where I would expect the cover to come away completely. I'd
hate to remove it and find that half my gears have slid off into sump! Or
does it just come off leaving everything else safely in place?

On a not entirely unrelated note, if anyone saw a complete pillock not kick
his sidestand down fully a few moments ago, thank you for not laughing at
him.

Thanks in advance...
