Notes to self

1) Engine protector bars on Suzuki Bandit 600s are there to prevent the
engine being damaged should the bike fall over on its side. They are not
there to be used as stabilisers or lean angle meters on corners once the
footrest is at a 45 deg angle to normal.

2) When practising stoppies, do not attempt them on silky smooth shiny
black tarmac that has been laid in the last 2 weeks. The front will lock
up when the rear end is up in the air and you may fall off if you try it
again.

This is going to end in tears, isn't it?
Sounds like it already has.
The worst hasn't happened.........yet.

Can I have the gixer then?
