96 Honda Shadow 1100 or 98 Suzuki Maurauder 800



I'm looking to be getting into my second motorcycle. My wishes to
cruise at interstate speeds are not granted with my current smaller
bike, . I am buying one of these two bikes probably within the week,
but am going back and forth with them. Opinions are GREATLY
welcomed. Each are asking $3000.
A good friend of mine owns 96 and 97 Shadow 1100s.

My brother owns a 98 Marauder 800.

I have ridden both on several occasions.

My verdict: Go with the Shadow, hands down.
Yeah, definitely the Shadow 1100. You'll want the extra oompf soon
enough anyway.
