Everything seems to have gone quiet on the DFV front. So, in the absence of
anyone else doing it for me, I'm going to make myself a reservation for the
Friday night here:

If you can drag yourself away from the local brew, I can highly

Woo. Mind you, I daresay they regard Leffe as an interloper at Chimay.
Chimay is for, well, Chimay. Rouge or Bleu.
They do have some namby-pamby 5% ABV beer for the ladies, IIRC.

recommend the new Leffe 9=B0. Lovely it is.

Don't forget the rather nice Blanc, which is a tripel IIRC.

...which has been very pleasant, and convenient for late-night bars, on
previous occasions.

I was going to book myself in that very place, and Statto as well, but
haven't got a tuit yet, so yeah, two more rooms, if you'd be so kind.
