GTR1400 AC power outlet?

For those not interested in lardy old tourers, don't bother reading
further...

I posted this to the COG forum:

From the Kawasaki UK site:

Then click on "TRANSCONTINENTAL SUPERSPORT"
Jeeze and they called the exhaust on the K100 ugly, and those styling
streaks are so 1980's, I like Kawasaki's but that's not one of their more
elegant styling efforts, without the streaks and a change of muffler it
would'nt be too bad I guess.
It lacks something very important for a mile muncher.
Being able to drop it off the stand or have a low speed slide without
trashing £10,000 worth of plastics.

"...In addition to the sporting performance, the new GTR has the
functionality of a Grand Tourismo machine. Features include an
electrically adjustable windscreen, standard panniers, tyre pressure
sensors, KI-PASS, the first smart key ignition system in its class,
and an AC power outlet located under the cockpit."

AC POWER OUTLET???
that'd be fun if it got damp ;)

Does the USA version have an AC power outlet, as well? I imagine the UK
version would be 50 Hz 240V. I saw a power outlet in the pictures from
the Anaheim Kawasaki dealer show but assumed it was 12V DC.

First reply opined that "AC" stands for "Accessory"-- what say the FOAK?
ACC is the normal shortening for accessory I'd have thought.
