Goldwing CB ERROR

I installed my radio and went on two trips - about a 1300 miles total.
About 800 miles after install the radio started acting like it was keying
after I would hit a bump and this eventually turned into no transmitting and
the ERROR CB message in the little display up front.

I would think it was the CB box was bad except for one small issue. I
currently can't turn the CB off from the handlebar controls or the controls
in the center console which leaves me to winder if something else is awry?

Any advise?
Well, I would make sure all the wiring is secure and the connections
tight.
Have you used a power washer on the bike recently? Dielectric grease
on the electrical connections would help keep any water out. I don't
think it could be anything else if the problem isn't with the unit
itself.

Let me ask you a question. Did you have to tune your antenna with an
SWR meter on your Wing?
