ot: professional webhosting billing

FOAK:
anyone know of a 1/2 decent web hosting outfit that has a hosting
package that can be paid for by them invoicing us and then our
accounts department issuing the payment?

I use 800hosting.com, in USA, but invoice me.
Very good host as well (I've had a dedicated server with them for the last
few years).

They all seem to want paying by credit card which we're not set up to
do (procedurally, not technically).

arachsys, run (inter alia) by ben blaukopf ex. of this parish, do a pretty
good job.
