Were's the Professor (R.E.)?

I haven't been lurking or posting here in quite a while, but as I look
around I'm a wonderin' what has become of my fellow old neighborhood
neighbor R.E.? Haven't seen a post or reply from him in ages. Hope he's
A-OK.

Have one on me in the mean time.

By the way, just back from a run up 'round Yosemite way. MAN, what a
weekend of total glory and splendor! And in MID WINTER at that. Between
68-74 during the days, into the mid-high 40's at night, and clear as a
whistle skies. "False Spring" as they say, as we are expected to return
to our regularly scheduled rain and cold (for us) this week.
Thank God for global warming!
